Exit the game, relaunch, and attempt to relog into your account. This workaround may not immediately work, give it a little time and keep trying.
The entitlement will be granted to your account after a short amount of time, this may take a few tries. You will no longer be affected by this issue once you are able to log in.
This means after you resolve it the first time, that will be the last time you need to use this workaround.
